RETURNS: Returns are not accepted on any of our personalised items, so please make sure you double check spelling, size, and details that you give to us. If a mistake is made by Flourishing Grace Decor, please email us directly and we will get back to you as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
 
SHIPPING: Our goal is to make, process and ship all orders within 3-4 working days. This however is not a guarantee as processing can take longer, especially through busy seasons or if we have a number of orders come in at once. We work through jobs in the order they come in. We will update our home page if processing times are extended. If your job is urgent, you can purchase an 'expidite my order' under the 'shop all' page of our website, which will notify us that this order is urgent and we will run your job after hours as an urgent job.
 
Standard shipping is tracked when possible for orders within NZ. This can take 2-3 working days once the order is complete. Rural delivery is often 3-5 days.
 
For world wide orders, we allow on average 8-10 working days excluding processing time. 
 
Once items leave our workshop they become the responsibility of the carrier. If your items are damaged in the mail, please email us immediately with pictures so that we can advise you of how to contact the courier company and fill out the forms our end aswell. We should be able to get you up and running with a new product asap depending on the circumstances.
