Shipping & Returns Policy

SHIPPING: Our goal is to make, process and ship all orders within 3-4 working days. This however is not a guarantee as processing can take longer, especially through busy seasons or if we have a number of orders come in at once. We work through jobs in the order they come in. We will update our home page if processing times are extended. If your job is urgent, you can purchase an 'expidite my order' option which will notify us that this order is urgent and we will run your job after hours as an urgent job.

 

Standard shipping is tracked when possible for orders within NZ. This can take 2-3 working days once the order is complete. Rural delivery is often 3-5 days.

 

For world wide orders, we allow on average 8-10 working days excluding processing time. 

 

Once items leave our workshop they become the responsibility of the carrier. If your items are damaged in the mail, please email us immediately with pictures so that we can advise you of how to contact the courier company and fill out the forms our end aswell. We should be able to get you up and running with a new product asap depending on the circumstances.

We will ensure that all of our products are well packaged for shipping. All of our parcels are labelled as 'Fragile' and hence on goodwill, we trust the our courier partner will handle them as such. However, we cannot 100% guarantee that they will arrive undamaged through the courier handling process. 

We will ALWAYS do our best to solve any problems that may arise so PLEASE never hesitate to get in touch :) 

If your product arrives damaged and cannot serve its purpose because of this damage; we will provide a full refund or replacement (if possible).

To claim refund: Customer needs to send pictures of damage to us here at Flourishing Grace Decor and fill out any necessary documentation as required by the courier company to claim refund.

We allow pick ups by arrangement for our mirrors and large orders so please contact us if this is your intention.

 

RETURNS: Returns are not accepted on any of our personalised items, so please make sure you double check spelling, size, and details that you give to us. If a mistake is made by Flourishing Grace Decor, please email us directly and we will get back to you as soon as possible to resolve the issue. Please also check any draft that we send you CAREFULLY. If we send you a draft that has a spelling mistake and you approve this, we consider this as having been approved by you as satisfactory and will not be liable for processing a refund or replacement. 

 

Pick Up Service

We are based in Waiuku, in the Franklin district of Auckland City, NZ.  We completely understand if you're local, or know someone who is! Or if the product/s you are buying are fragile or very large and you would prefer not to have them shipped. This is why we are happy to arrange a time for pick up after your order has been processed and payment made.

We do not accept cash on pick-up, however you will be able to complete your payment via our payment page through checkout.
